Taxes, You’ve Got Questions, We’ve Got Answers!
From the time I got my very first job, my parents had always taken care of preparing and filing my taxes. I would ask if they received my W2, my dad would say yes and a week later a prepared tax return would magically appear, I would sign on the dotted line and in six weeks, I would receive a check. Some years I had to pay the government, which made no sense since I was a student, but I signed and paid anyway.
Fast forward to my first year out of college, where I was living on my own and had to file my own tax return. I was so confused and had so many questions, but I did not know who ask. Eventually, I found a tax professional who was able to answer all of my questions, and having her has changed my tax return process for the better. I am so happy to have met Florence Celestin, a Senior Tax Associate with Holtz Rubenstein Reminick, LLP.
