I’ve always known that a lot of professional athletes have charitable foundations, but I never really gave much thought to how they run and who was behind the scenes making sure the organizations made a difference, that was until I had the pleasure of interviewing entrepreneur Halleemah Nash, Founder & CEO of Legacy Venture Consulting! Halleemah began her career in 2005 as the Community Relations Assistant for the Chicago Bulls and in 2010 ventured out to creating her consulting firm. Legacy Venture Consulting is a philanthropy consulting firm that designs, carries out and evaluates charitable ventures for professional athletes and entertainers interested in enhancing their community presence. Some clients include: American Street Mortgage Company (Dwayne Wade), Luol Deng (Chicago Bulls), Actor Lance Gross and Larry English (San Diego Chargers).
