Top 5 Valentine’s Day Gifts for Students on a Budget

With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, people are starting to think about gifts (hopefully). I think a common misconception is that gifts for Valentine’s Day need to be over the top and expensive. Now, while it is nice to get something expensive, a lot of people are on budgets and don’t necessarily have disposable income to spend on extravagant gifts. But not having a lot of money is not an excuse to do NOTHING for Valentines Day. There are lots of inexpensive ways to show people that you care. As I write this, I hear the voices of people in my head complaining about Valentine’s Day being “so commercial” and that “you should show people you care everyday and not wait for a holiday to show your appreciation,” now, while I respect those opinions, I still absolutely love the holiday (ha!).
