Growing

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always wondered why it seems that some people get to live out their dreams, while others end up forgoing theirs. I have never been able to figure out the “thing” that drives some to pursue and make their dreams a reality. I thought it would be beneficial to talk to some people in the advance stages of their careers to see if they are living their dreams. The “When I Grow Up” feature will look at these individuals’ career journeys, as opposed to an examination of their current company. There is so much that we can discover by looking at the different paths people take to arrive at their current position in life.
