“As long as you live under my roof…”

One of the major struggles after you have spent 4 years in college being independent and doing what ever you wanted to do when you want to do it, is sucking it up and moving back in with your parents after graduation. Whether it’s living at home while you save to get your own place, or living at home until you figure out your next move, the decision to, give up a portion of your independence is really tough. I lived at home for 2 1/2 months after I graduated, and I am not going to lie, it was a huge adjustment. Even if you are like me and do not have parents who are extremely strict, there are still some areas of anxiety over what the dynamic will be.
